Independent, sourced reporting that helps people see fascism,
corruption, and surveillance clearly, and organize against them.
Twice a day we gather what’s actually happening: surveillance overreach,
government graft, wars, covert operations, and the money behind all of it. Every claim is
sourced, dated, and linked to the original article, so you can check the evidence instead of
taking anyone’s word for it. No ads, no trackers, no paywall: if it’s worth
something to you, a small donation keeps it independent.
SourcedEvery claim links to the original article: check the evidence yourself.
Twice dailyNew briefs at 3 AM and 6 PM Pacific, seven days a week.
IndependentNo ads, no trackers, no paywall. Reader-supported, always.
The standard
The receipts, every time
This page exists to be checkable. Every claim in every brief carries a link to the
reporting behind it: open it, read it, decide for yourself. When sources disagree on a
number, both numbers run with their sources. When only one outlet has a story, the brief
says so. Court filings, indictments, inspector general reports, leaked records, UN and
human rights findings and government data get the front seat, because a document beats a
headline.
Right-wing outlets are never cited here, not even for contrast: if the story is a
right-wing network talking about itself, it gets reported through journalism that is not
that network. There are no ads, no trackers, no investors and no paywall, and no party
owns this page. The people who fund it are its readers, through the support link at the
bottom of every page.
Corrections: something wrong, something missing, something overstated?
The contact link at the bottom of this page reaches the desk directly. Fixes ship with the
next edition, and the citations change with them.
Desks we read
The wires and the majors, the investigative outlets, and the
movement’s own press and research institutes: antifascist media, black bloc reporting,
leak publishers, and the organizations that track the far right for a living.

The Epstein files
439.88 GB of the Epstein record, public and open: the FBI and Interpol
releases, the Justice Department, Bureau of Prisons and congressional files,
court records, recordings and transcripts, the leaked Ehud Barak emails, and
the files the Justice Department published and then pulled back. About
18,000 more unredacted emails stay held for verified journalists until
DDoSecrets can release them without putting unexposed victims in harm's way.
Search 29,000 documents by name or read the inbox like mail: Donald Trump's
name alone comes up 959 times in the index. The people in these files are
the people on our power map. Take the documents, then follow the money.
Watchlist
The faces
Names, photographs and records: the white nationalist leaders, the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers organizers a federal jury convicted, and the Kahanist extremists now sitting in Israel's government. Every entry carries the court filing, the government designation or the reporting that documents it. The full watchlist is here.
Held liable
Richard Spencer
Alt-right founder · Unite the Right organizer
The white nationalist who coined the term alt-right and organized the 2017 Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, where Heather Heyer was killed. A federal civil jury found him liable for civil conspiracy and race-based harassment and awarded the plaintiffs more than $25 million in damages; the Fourth Circuit sent the punitive damages back for recalculation on a per-plaintiff basis in 2024. He still runs a media operation out of the same ideology.

Deplatformed, still organizing
Nick Fuentes
White supremacist streamer · America First / Groyper movement
Runs America First and the Groyper movement, a young white nationalist audience the ADL documents as built on Holocaust denial, misogyny and antisemitism. YouTube banned him in 2020 and most platforms followed; he now streams on his own site to a following the ADL counts at roughly 724,000 across his accounts as of March 2025, and his Jan 6 testimony was entered into the congressional record.

Founder, group convicted
Gavin McInnes
Proud Boys founder · Proud Boys
VICE co-founder who announced the Proud Boys in 2016 in Taki's Magazine as a club of Western chauvinists. The group he created is now an ADL-designated right-wing extremist organization; at least 58 of its members and affiliates have been arrested over January 6, and its national chairman drew 22 years for seditious conspiracy. He left the group in 2018 and keeps relationships with its chapters.

Found liable
Matthew Heimbach
White nationalist organizer · Traditionalist Worker Party
Long treated as the face of a young generation of white nationalists: founded the Traditionalist Worker Party, marched at Charlottesville, and was found guilty of civil conspiracy in the Sines v. Kessler trial, where the jury awarded $500,000 in punitive damages against him personally.
Founded the Oath Keepers and led the January 6 plot to keep Trump in power, including the quick reaction force weapons stash staged at a Virginia hotel. A jury convicted him of seditious conspiracy in 2022 and the judge sentenced him to 18 years, agreeing with prosecutors that his conduct should be punished as terrorism: at the time the longest sentence in the Capitol cases.

Convicted, 22 years
Enrique Tarrio
Proud Boys national chairman · Proud Boys
Led the Proud Boys from 2018 until January 6, when a court barred him from Washington and he still directed the operation from a hotel room. Convicted of seditious conspiracy and sentenced to 22 years, the longest sentence handed down in the Capitol attack, with the judge treating his conduct as an act of terrorism.
